About Me
I am an experienced and Accredited member of the British Association for counselling and psychotherapy. I have worked as a Counsellor/psychotherapist, Supervisor an in the Public (NHS, Education & third sector) and Private sector for over 30 years.
I also work as a lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy. My core training is in the person-centred approach and have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief therapy, EMDR and Hypnotherapy
Training and Workshops
I work as a university lecturer and I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I have been involved in developing training and education programmes in counselling and psychotherapy for over 15 years and use this experience to develop and present a range of counselling related courses and workshops. I have a Post Graduate Cert. in academic practice and use this knowledge and expertise to create and provide courses that develop your professional practice to a high standard.
